Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data IKMA (“IKMA”, “we”, “us”) collects through ikma.se, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to prospective clients who contact us. It does not cover the separate terms of an active client engagement, which are set out in a signed services agreement and, where relevant, a dedicated data processing agreement.

1. Who we are

IKMA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@ikma.se for any privacy question or request.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

• Contact form. When you submit the form on this site, we receive the name, email address, message, and project scope you provide.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard connection data (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance (load times and Core Web Vitals) in aggregate — it doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and can't be used to identify or track individual visitors. This site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.

3. Why we process it

We use contact-form data to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads to a project, to prepare and administer a services agreement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where a contract is formed, the performance of that contract. We use technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (our data processors):

• Resend — delivers the email generated by the contact form to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its server infrastructure.

Each provider is contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to apply appropriate security measures.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any period required afterward by our record-keeping or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with equivalent protections, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a portable copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ikma.se. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
